AVMW was created with one goal in mind: To service the corporate events and meetings industry by providing an honest and uncompromised level of customer service, a team of exceptionally professional technicians, and a greater attention to detail. After servicing hundreds of meetings for too many audiovisual companies to list, we found ourselves noticing more effective strategies in conducting a successful meeting. We wanted the opportunity to do the big and little things that most of those audiovisual companies seemed to miss.
We know your time is precious, and at the show site it's even more constrained. From VIP flights, hotel room blocks, ground transportation, pre-cons, meeting deliverables, food and beverage, off-site dinners, slide review and much, much more - you have plenty to keep you busy!
AVMW understands the last thing you need to think about is the audiovisual setup in the general session and break-out rooms. Let us save you time and give you peace of mind.
